Abandonment

A town in ruins, it was abandoned after a failed experiment. Devastating, it killed nearly all who were working in the factory and many of the people who lived nearby. Those who survived were... changed, forever. Now this place lays in ruin; its new inhabitants vary from crazed scientists who've lost their minds and the poor souls that survived from that day forever mutated not only in body but also in mind.
