Frost calmed as the city's dying sounds faded into nothing. Though they were away from the town it didn't mean they were out of danger. They're were still bandits and bounty hunters out here. But still somehow outside the rush of Civilization Frost just felt...safer. Frost felt the heat of day fading away. From her counting and memory she could tell that it was about to get dark. "Hey dead weight get some fire wood," She said as she pulled out her bag. In it held many things, scrambling though all of it she pulled out a crust of old stale bread. She than grabbed a rope and began to set her trap, it was a few yards from the camp, close enough that she would hear her prey being caught but far enough they won't mind her. Once done she backed up onto the camp and sat, waiting patiently for the prey and the dead weight.

When they had make it to a clearing in the forest, it seemed his companion had stopped and asked him to get fire wood. He watched her walk off as he went in search of fire wood. Chris felt less safe away from her. He was able to get a a nice load of fire wood before he relized he had something that he could use against her. He thought she didn't know he knew that she was girl. It felt good to have something against her since it seemed she didn't really like him. He thought it gave her a reason to stay with him. He was able to get double the amount of fire wood he had before he needed to go back to camp. He started worring if he would get lost but then closed his ees and followed where nature took him until he was back at camp. It was one of the things he learned from having to live in the forest for a year. "I'm back with the fire wood," He said as he dropped the wood in front of her, "I can start a fire if you want."

"fine but be quiet, if your loud you'll say way any of the rabbits, and if you do and we're stuck with squirrels your eating the tails," she said. Her eyes drooping from under her hood, a stubborn manged it's way past her lips. She nearly nodded off when she heard the rope snap, jumping to her senses she sprinted to the creature before it could wail and warn others. Grabbing It's neck she snapped the creatures spin, letting the life drain out of it. As she pulled the dead rabbit out of her trap Frost muttered an apology an thanks to thew limp thing. She reset the trap and stumbled back to camp more tired than ever. She tossed the rabbit by the dead weight. Her mind wondered as she sleepily listened to the boy's antics as he built the fire.

He didn't mind if he would have to eat squirrel tail. It was better than nothing. He heard something and watched her run off, and when she got back, he noticed the rabbit as he was begining the fire. He began the old way and then remember if he snapped, it would light the fire quickly. The only down side was it was another thing that made him different. Along with his wings. He skinned the rabbit, found a nice stick to shove it through the rabbit, and cooked it over the fire. Chris loved the smell of roasting rabbit. Cutting it in half, he used two flat rocks as plates and gave the larger half to the girl. It reminded him of his advantage. "Sorry I could find any herbs for the rabbit. Thanks for trapping it." He said as he enjoyed the fresh rabbit

Frost nodded looking away. She muttered a thanks as she stuffed the rabbit. It was cooked well even without the herbs. Looking at the boy she stared unable to see anything, but staring at the darkness, where his voice came from she could tell. He knew something.

He looked over at the girl. It seemed she was staring at him but at the same time, staring at nothing. It seemed to creep him out. "I know something" He whispered as he finished his half of the rabbit.

Frost looked away, she cursed under her breath. He knew something, but stupidly proved it too. He wasn't very secretive but still he has something on her, now she couldn't dump him so easily. Maybe she could trick him. Smiling she asked, "Do you now," Turning away she curled up for sleep. Closing her eyes she soon was gone.

He was slowly hating her more and more. It annoyed him that she didn't freak out when he told her he knew something. He'd keep it to himself until it was the right moment. Sleeping didn't seem like a good idea to him so he sat against a tree and kept watch over their camp.
He woke with a start. Disappointed that he fell asleep, he gathered some wood so he could make a fire because the temperature had dropped and he began to shiver. Once he had the fire made, it felt safe enough that he could sleep now.

Frost woke to the sound of rustling. Annoyed and still tired she pulled herself up, causing her hood to tumble back. Yawning she rubbed her eyes, she was still sleepy. Realizing that her hood had fallen back, she quickly pulled it up. Now once again her eyes were hidden, "What are you doing?" She mumbled, her voice soft and tired.

"I made a fire. It was starting to get cold" He could get out before he was off in the wonderful land of dreams. He woke up more gentlely this time by the sound of the birds chirping. It made him want to fly but remembered his injury. Having remembered that it made him forget the dream he had. He always loved sleeping in the forest because it seemed to always give him wonderful dreams. A noise in the bushes made him snap back into reality and he was able to catch the animal before it got away. It was an animal he had never seen before
